Across TCGA patient cohorts, CECR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,195 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CECR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTC28, NELFCD, and DPH1. Each is linked with CECR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CECR2-to-partner and partner-to-CECR2 results are reported.
