Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CECR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CECR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, PCNA, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with CECR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CECR2-to-partner and partner-to-CECR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by CECR2-low versus CECR2-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CECR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CECR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
