CECR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CECR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 852 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CECR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF324B, ZNF705A, and NPRL2. Each is linked with CECR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CECR2-to-partner and partner-to-CECR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF324B grouped by CECR2-low versus CECR2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CECR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CECR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
