CEBPZ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEBPZ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,592 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEBPZ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNRPD2, CMSS1, and MPHOSPH10. Each is linked with CEBPZ in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEBPZ-to-partner and partner-to-CEBPZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEBPZ versus SNRPD2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEBPZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEBPZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
