CEBPZ

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEBPZ protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,020 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEBPZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCA8, FLI1, and LMOD1. Each is linked with CEBPZ in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEBPZ-to-partner and partner-to-CEBPZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEBPZ versus ABCA8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEBPZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEBPZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
