CEBPZ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEBPZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEBPZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLVAP, IL20, and OR4F4. Each is linked with CEBPZ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEBPZ-to-partner and partner-to-CEBPZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLVAP grouped by CEBPZ-low versus CEBPZ-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEBPZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEBPZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
