CEBPG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEBPG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,754 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEBPG-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL5, OR6K5P, and OR10B1P. Each is linked with CEBPG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEBPG-to-partner and partner-to-CEBPG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL5 grouped by CEBPG-low versus CEBPG-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEBPG→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEBPG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
