CEBPA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEBPA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,725 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEBPA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NFATC2, EVL_S246, and ME1. Each is linked with CEBPA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEBPA-to-partner and partner-to-CEBPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEBPA versus NFATC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEBPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEBPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
