Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEBPA protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,704 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEBPA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATG7, APBB1IP, and CAVIN1_S175. Each is linked with CEBPA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEBPA-to-partner and partner-to-CEBPA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEBPA versus ATG7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEBPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEBPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
