Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CEBPA-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CEBPA-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher CEBPA-DT RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CEBPA-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and READ show a favorable association.

UVM, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where CEBPA-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
