CEACAM6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEACAM6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,836 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEACAM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGR3, CAPN8, and RAD17P1. Each is linked with CEACAM6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM6-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEACAM6 versus AGR3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
