CEACAM5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEACAM5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,183 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEACAM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAF1A, CEP78, and PAXIP1. Each is linked with CEACAM5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM5-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHAF1A grouped by CEACAM5-low versus CEACAM5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
