Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CEACAM1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CEACAM1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher CEACAM1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CEACAM1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
STAD and UCEC are the cancer types where CEACAM1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
