CEACAM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEACAM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,031 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEACAM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEACAM5, TTC9, and TC2N_S156. Each is linked with CEACAM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM1-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEACAM1 versus CEACAM5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
