CEACAM1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEACAM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,452 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEACAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCL2A1, FCGR3B, and HBA2. Each is linked with CEACAM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM1-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CEACAM1 versus BCL2A1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
