Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CEACAM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,282 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEACAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VTRNA2-2P, CYCSP22, and RPAP1. Each is linked with CEACAM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEACAM1-to-partner and partner-to-CEACAM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VTRNA2-2P grouped by CEACAM1-low versus CEACAM1-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEACAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEACAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
