CDYL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDYL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDYL-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNG, RBMY1F, and C1QB. Each is linked with CDYL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDYL-to-partner and partner-to-CDYL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNG grouped by CDYL-low versus CDYL-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDYL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDYL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
