Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDYL-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,766 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDYL-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cyclin-dependent protein kinase activity, Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle spindle assembly checkpoint, and DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with CDYL-AS1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDYL-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-CDYL-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
