CDY3P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDY3P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,813 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDY3P-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUSP12P1, LINC01810, and NACAP6. Each is linked with CDY3P in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDY3P-to-partner and partner-to-CDY3P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDY3P versus DUSP12P1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDY3P→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDY3P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
