Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDY3P RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CDY3P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher CDY3P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDY3P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, THYM, and STAD are the cancer types where CDY3P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
