CDX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,820 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHFRP5, EFL1, and CRTAC1. Each is linked with CDX4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDX4-to-partner and partner-to-CDX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DHFRP5 grouped by CDX4-low versus CDX4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
