Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,287 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBBP9, NSFL1C, and TMX4. Each is linked with CDS2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDS2-to-partner and partner-to-CDS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDS2 versus RBBP9 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
