Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,325 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPRA, TBC1D20, and KAT14. Each is linked with CDS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDS2-to-partner and partner-to-CDS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDS2 versus PTPRA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
