Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDRT15P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CDRT15P3 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher CDRT15P3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDRT15P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and BRCA show a favorable association.
UVM, READ, and OV are the cancer types where CDRT15P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
