Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDRT15P3 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 6 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of CDRT15P3’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where CDRT15P3 RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types CDRT15P3 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as PAAD and STAD show the opposite, repressed pattern.

PAAD, LUSC, and PRAD are the cancer types where CDRT15P3 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
