Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDRT15P14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,383 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDRT15P14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Outer mitochondrial membrane organization, Protein insertion into membrane, and NADH dehydrogenase complex assembly. Each is linked with CDRT15P14 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDRT15P14-to-partner and partner-to-CDRT15P14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Outer mitochondrial membrane organization grouped by CDRT15P14-low versus CDRT15P14-high in LUSC.
