Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDRT15P14 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CDRT15P14 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher CDRT15P14 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDRT15P14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and LUAD show a favorable association.

STAD, BRCA, and KIRP are the cancer types where CDRT15P14 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
