CDR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,652 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1106P, MIR6766, and MT-TN. Each is linked with CDR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDR2-to-partner and partner-to-CDR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1106P grouped by CDR2-low versus CDR2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
