CDKN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDKN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 118 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDKN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOL9, VEGFD, and MAPK7. Each is linked with CDKN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKN3-to-partner and partner-to-CDKN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOL9 grouped by CDKN3-low versus CDKN3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDKN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDKN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
