Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDKN2D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,623 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDKN2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are MDK, SELENOS, and BRS3. Each is linked with CDKN2D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKN2D-to-partner and partner-to-CDKN2D results are reported.
