Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDKN2D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDKN2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR489 and RNA5SP291. Each is linked with CDKN2D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKN2D-to-partner and partner-to-CDKN2D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR489 grouped by CDKN2D-low versus CDKN2D-high in LUAD.
