Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDKN2D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,257 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDKN2D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Autophagic cell death, Amino acid metabolic process, and Regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate. Each is linked with CDKN2D in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKN2D-to-partner and partner-to-CDKN2D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Autophagic cell death grouped by CDKN2D-low versus CDKN2D-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
