Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDKN2B-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,146 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDKN2B-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of sister chromatid segregation, Regulation of cyclin-dependent protein kinase activity, and Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid segregation. Each is linked with CDKN2B-AS1 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKN2B-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-CDKN2B-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of sister chromatid segregation grouped by CDKN2B-AS1-low versus CDKN2B-AS1-high in ACC.
