Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDKN2B-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDKN2B-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP7P3, RNA5SP51, and RNA5SP223. Each is linked with CDKN2B-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKN2B-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-CDKN2B-AS1 results are reported.
