Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDKN2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 9,829 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDKN2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, RB1, and TTN. Each is linked with CDKN2A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKN2A-to-partner and partner-to-CDKN2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by CDKN2A-low versus CDKN2A-high in KICH.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDKN2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDKN2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
