Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDKN2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,528 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDKN2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPR1, CDKN2B, and FAM107A. Each is linked with CDKN2A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKN2A-to-partner and partner-to-CDKN2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPR1 grouped by CDKN2A-low versus CDKN2A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDKN2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDKN2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
