Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDKN2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,494 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDKN2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of immature T cell proliferation, Negative regulation of immature T cell proliferation in thymus, and Positive regulation of macrophage apoptotic process. Each is linked with CDKN2A in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKN2A-to-partner and partner-to-CDKN2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of immature T cell proliferation grouped by CDKN2A-low versus CDKN2A-high in SKIN.
