Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDKN1C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CDKN1C data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher CDKN1C Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDKN1C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC are the cancer types where CDKN1C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
