CDKN1C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDKN1C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDKN1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Ku80, and MEK1. Each is linked with CDKN1C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKN1C-to-partner and partner-to-CDKN1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by CDKN1C-low versus CDKN1C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDKN1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDKN1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
