Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDKN1C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,668 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDKN1C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with CDKN1C in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKN1C-to-partner and partner-to-CDKN1C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by CDKN1C-low versus CDKN1C-high in OVARY.
