Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDKN1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,954 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDKN1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDKN1B_S10, CDKN1B_S178, and HCFC1. Each is linked with CDKN1B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKN1B-to-partner and partner-to-CDKN1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDKN1B versus CDKN1B_S10 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDKN1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDKN1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
