Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDKN1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,099 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDKN1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to lithium ion, Response to lithium ion, and Regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with CDKN1B in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKN1B-to-partner and partner-to-CDKN1B results are reported.
