CDKN1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDKN1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDKN1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PEA-15, Ku80, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with CDKN1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKN1A-to-partner and partner-to-CDKN1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PEA-15 grouped by CDKN1A-low versus CDKN1A-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDKN1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDKN1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
