CDKN1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDKN1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,640 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDKN1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to cell-matrix adhesion, Reduction of food intake in response to dietary excess, and Mitotic G1/S transition checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with CDKN1A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKN1A-to-partner and partner-to-CDKN1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cellular response to cell-matrix adhesion grouped by CDKN1A-low versus CDKN1A-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDKN1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDKN1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
