CDKL4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDKL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,461 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDKL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP95, HERC2P9, and FAM228B. Each is linked with CDKL4 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKL4-to-partner and partner-to-CDKL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDKL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDKL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
