CDK8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,438 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRKACG, HMGB3P11, and MAPK6P6. Each is linked with CDK8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK8-to-partner and partner-to-CDK8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRKACG grouped by CDK8-low versus CDK8-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
