CDK7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,106 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IPO11, PHAX, and CCNH. Each is linked with CDK7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK7-to-partner and partner-to-CDK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDK7 versus IPO11 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
