Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDK5RAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,891 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDK5RAP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication, DNA-templated DNA replication maintenance of fidelity, and DNA biosynthetic process. Each is linked with CDK5RAP2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK5RAP2-to-partner and partner-to-CDK5RAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication grouped by CDK5RAP2-low versus CDK5RAP2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
