Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDK5R2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CDK5R2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher CDK5R2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDK5R2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV and UCEC are the cancer types where CDK5R2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
