The most reproducible CDK5R2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of glucagon secretion, Negative regulation of receptor-mediated endocytosis, and Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane. Each is linked with CDK5R2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK5R2-to-partner and partner-to-CDK5R2 results are reported.
